Before OG Magic Healing, I competed in high level combat sports. I learned what the body is truly capable of — and more importantly, what breaks it, what limits it, and what no amount of physical training alone can fix.
It was through pushing the physical to its limits that I discovered the energetic. The injuries, the recovery, the patterns that kept repeating — none of it could be fully explained by what was happening in the body alone. There was something deeper running the show.
That discovery changed everything. The arena taught me discipline, presence, and how to hold ground under pressure. The healing work taught me what the arena never could — how to work at the level where real transformation actually begins.
